1. Scope and Agreement

a. CasinoCheck.tv assumes no liability for the use of its services in countries where no valid gambling license exists or where the use of such services is prohibited by law.

c. CasinoCheck.tv is not liable for any legal consequences arising from the use of its services in countries without a valid license.

3. Restrictions on Use in Certain Countries

Additional Restricted Countries: Afghanistan, Austria, Australia, Belarus, Belgium, Brazil, Colombia, Curaçao, Czech Republic, Cyprus, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Italy, Lithuania, Malta, Netherlands, North Korea, Ontario, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Serbia, Slovakia, Spain, Sudan, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States, Zimbabwe.

b. CasinoCheck.tv reserves the right to restrict or block access to its services for users located in these countries.

4. Indemnification and Liability

a. CasinoCheck.tv accepts no responsibility for legal, financial, or other consequences arising from the use of its services in restricted countries.
b. The user agrees to indemnify and hold CasinoCheck.tv harmless from any claims, lawsuits, damages, losses, or liabilities resulting from a breach of these ToS or applicable laws.

5. Changes to the Terms of Service

a. CasinoCheck.tv reserves the right to amend these ToS at any time without prior notice.
b. Users are responsible for regularly reviewing the ToS for updates.
c. Continued use of the services after changes to the ToS constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

6. Complaint Handling

a. Users may submit complaints or inquiries regarding CasinoCheck.tv’s services in writing.
b. Complaints should be sent via email to legal@casinocheck.tv or by mail to CasinoCheck.tv’s registered address.
c. CasinoCheck.tv commits to reviewing complaints within 14 business days and seeking a resolution.

8. Miscellaneous

a. If any provision of these ToS is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be replaced with a legally permissible provision that closely matches the intent of the original.
b. These ToS are governed by the laws of Malta.
